Welcome to Ranger Studio!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Ranger Studio's services, workshops, and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Workshops

• Registration & Payment: Registration for workshops is confirmed upon full payment.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • We offer a refund for cancellations made at least 40 days before the workshop date, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) 1993.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop may be subject to a cancellation fee (the full deposit amount) as outlined in the CGA.

  • We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

• Unattended Workshops: We do not offer refunds for unattended workshops unless you can demonstrate exceptional circumstances under the CGA.

2. Intellectual Property

• Copyright: All content, materials, and workshops developed by Ranger Studio are protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 1994. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our copyrighted materials without our express written permission.

• Imagery: We reserve the right to take photographs and/or videos during workshops for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms. By attending a workshop, you grant us permission to use your image in such materials, provided we comply with the Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to withdraw your consent prior to workshops commencing.

3. Disclaimer

Ranger Studio strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information in our workshops. However, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you will be limited to the extent permissible by law.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, we encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution. You may also be entitled to take your dispute to the Disputes Tribunal under the Dispute Resolution Procedures Act 2005.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ranger Studio regarding your use of our services and workshops.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
