The proven benefits of creativity on your wellbeing.

The link between creativity and well-being goes beyond just feeling good. Here are some scientifically proven benefits:

Reduced Stress and Anxiety

Studies show engaging in creative activities lowers stress hormones like cortisol. This can lead to feelings of relaxation and a decrease in anxiety symptoms.

Improved Mood and Well-being

Pursuing a creative outlet boosts dopamine production, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and reward. This can elevate mood and promote feelings of happiness and optimism.

Emotional Processing and Expression

Art therapy, a form of creative expression in a safe space, has been shown to be effective in helping people process and express difficult emotions in a healthy way, leading to improved mental health outcomes. We have art therapy specific sessions available for you!

Cognitive Function Boost

Studies indicate that creative activities, like painting or drawing, can stimulate both sides of the brain, potentially improving memory, focus, and problem-solving skills.

Increased Resilience

Learning and mastering new creative skills can build a sense of accomplishment and self-efficacy, which can contribute to greater resilience in the face of challenge.

We focus on sustainability, finding our inspiration in nature,
we believe in the power of creativity and reconnecting with your flow state.
